Our default option for proofs is digital. That works for most customers. If that is not satisfactory we also offer the option of a sample proof for an additional cost. Samples allow customers to assess the product’s quality, materials, and customisation accuracy first-hand.

Digital proofs provide a preview of how the final product will look. This gives customers a chance to make any necessary adjustments or corrections to the design before production begins.

The bulk of what we offer are custom printed lanyards, microfibre cloths and wristbands. We do however offers a full online catalogue of promotional products covering everything from pens, t-shirts, tote bags, drinkware (such as mugs or water bottles), USB drives, keychains and hundreds more.

The items mentioned are practical, versatile, and offer ample space for branding. As a result they are effective in conveying a brand’s message to a wide audience.

Production time varies depending on factors like the complexity of customisation, order quantity, and the supplier’s workload. Generally, production can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. For example; promotional microfibre cloths and silicone wristbands have a lead time of 2-3 weeks from artwork approval.

With tyvek wristbands the lead times are only 4-5 days from artwork approval. For the most part production times will be stated on the product page. If you’re unsure contact us and we’ll to ensure your products are ready in time for planned promotional events or campaigns.

The minimum order quantity varies depending on the product you choose. Please refer to the product page on our website for specific information regarding minimum order requirements. For the most part minimum order quantities are around 100. Furthermore, you can expect to benefit from significant discounts the more you order.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.We will liaise with you directly to confirm any artwork submitted and provide a digital proof before production.
