Payments policy

Stripe

For all payments made online we use Stripe. We do not hold payment data in our website or anywhere else. All data related to payments is held securely by Stripe and all transactions are conducted securely outside of our website.

We only hold confirmation data that your payment was completed, the amount and that it has cleared. Stripe provide a range of payment options in keeping with contemporary requirements.

Bank transfer

We also accept direct bank transfer which is popular with return clients. Details for transferring payments directly into our bank account will be included with your order should you choose this payment method.

Telephone

We do not accept telephone payments and have no intention of providing this service in the future.

Staggered payments

With larger orders, on agreement we may offer you payment terms such as a deposit and full payment at the proof stage. Contact us if you think you might qualify for this payment method.
